Our cottage is part of a former barn, which has been newly expanded. The special living atmosphere inspires our guests again and again.
The rooms are distributed over 2 levels (height difference 3 steps). The house has a bedroom, dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a storeroom.
You have the choice between 2 terraces, one of which is covered. Here you can enjoy breakfast or barbecue in the summer. The large, well-kept garden is park-like with various oases, garden pond and lots of space to romp.
Since the property is completely fenced, it is ideal for dogs. Outskirts: directly behind the garden meadows and fields begin.
The apartment is located in Mücke OT Bernsfeld at the foot of the Vogelsberg. Central location in the middle of Hesse on the A5, Kassel - Frankfurt. Mücke Bernsfeld has about 400 inhabitants. There is a bakery, a self-service agricultural market for bread and sausages, a car repair shop, a petrol station and 2 restaurants.
In the neighboring village, about 4 km away, there is a newly renovated indoor pool with a huge sauna and spa area ("Aquariohm"). The Hoherodskopf, a well-known ski and recreation area in the Vogelsberg, is about 35 km away. There are various recreational opportunities both in summer (summer toboggan run, climbing forest, bike paths) and in winter (ski and toboggan run with lifts).
The nearby towns of Grünberg, Alsfeld and Laubach invite you to stroll with their beautiful old town. Distance to the larger cities Giessen and Marburg about 25 - 30 km.

Haus, Räumlichkeiten, Garten top, Inneneinrichtung 70er-Jahre-Charme
Der Garten ist das absolute Highlight! Die Vermieter super freundlich. Die Räumlichkeiten innen über Stufen erreichbar. Ausreichend Platz. Zwei Wohnräume, wobei eins zum Schlafzimmer wird, wenn vier Personen da sind. Die Einrichtung ist viele Jahrzehnte alt und teilweise arg durchgesessen. Küche und Bad sind sicher auch irgendwann renovierungsbedürftig. Küchenbestückung mehr als genug. Die Räume, das Haus, der Garten haben ein besonderes Flair, so dass innen eine Generalüberholung sicher lohnenswert ist.
