It includes a parking space with a direct elevator from the basement to the floor of the apartment. Wifi, smart TV in living room 32 "and bedroom 40".
The main bedroom has a 150 cm double bed. 40 "flat television. Internet. Air conditioning. Private bathroom. Double glazed windows.
The second bedroom has a 135 cm wide double bed, bedside table, study or reading table and shelves for clothes.
The third bedroom is a 105 cm single bed with a wardrobe bedside table.
Well connected to move to the capital Alicante and its beaches in just 30 minutes by car.
