Neighborhood spot in Moab

171 E Mt Peale was an ideal location close enough to Arches, Canyonlands, restaurants and shopping. The home is a modern design, well appointed and the beds are comfy! You will not be disappointed!!

a modern villa on the outskirts of the village

Well, it was not easy to find the house, because the number is a bit hidden; but once you enter the house, you will be pleased with the clean lines and the quiet comfort, which has everything you need, but does not seem sterile.We were here during the heavy rains/thunderstorms that flooded many streets, but we felt very comfortable in the house.If the weather had been better, the outdoor seating would have been a dream, but we could only dream of sitting outside. onclusion: we enjoyed the stay and felt comfortable, clear recommendation

family loved this home. was clean and easy check-in. matched the pictures. close enough to arches & canyonlands without being in the city proper. beautiful views and well supplied. would stay here again.

Moab Modern

Very nicely designed and appointed home. Great open floor plan with 3 BRs and 2 Baths. Very well maintained and clean. Neighborhood a mix of new, but with some junk/junky yards. Short driving commute into Moab. Property manager quickly addressed a maintenance issue during stay.

Wonderful!

The house was beautiful and immaculate. We loved all the natural light from the big windows and the private back yard/patio. The neighborhood/house was quiet and peaceful. Kitchen was well stocked. The AC and laundry room were much appreciated. It was the perfect vacation rental for our family. We hope to stay again on our next trip to Moab. The owners may want to address the showers as water tends to seep out at times. But the bathtub was lovely. Internet wasn't super fast and it went out for part of one day but that wasn't a big deal for us.

Wonderful Modern Moab Home in quiet area

Great unassuming home with all modern touches throughout. Great split bedroom floor plan, high ceilings and comfortable beds. Lots of TVs although we only used 2. 10 minutes away from downtown Moab which our family didn’t mind. 3 sinks available to use high end appliances in place. Only downsides were one of the stoves front burner doesn’t light up, lots of insects coming in from outside but I believe it’s from the farms w/ horses that surrounded the property. Still an exterminator would help with the other crawly insects making their way in. Main bedroom sheets had 2 blood stained areas, I would throw away those linens. Overall my family enjoyed the home and was a great location to stargaze at night.

Fantastic House!

The house is amazing. You can really tell that a lot of effort went into making sure everything in the house is perfect. From the kitchen, design, showers, furniture... everything was well appointed. It was so great to come back to the house to relax after full days of adventures and exploring the area. It's in a great spot to hit both Arches and Canyonlands NPs while still super convenient to Moab for dinner, drinks & shopping. I wouldn't hesitate to book again and would recommend the house to everyone.

Felt right at home

After days of hiking in the national parks it was wonderful to come “home” to our VRBO and relax all together. The home was spotless. The kitchen well stocked. And the views from the back were stunning. It is a bit of a ways out of town but that is exactly why we chose it - quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding!

Clean and spacious home. Comfy beds. Well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare a couple of dinners, and all four breakfasts at "home" during our stay. Fantastic washer/dryer. Very nice bathrooms. Location is south of town--it's nice to get away. Quiet, if unassuming neighborhood. Overall, it's a beautiful, modern property. Check-in and checkout through Vacasa were both very easy/simple. Would highly recommend--we will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous home near Arches and Canyonlands.

This home has everything you need. Spacious, open design. Well equipped kitchen. Good views of the LaSalle Mountains and night skies. Convenient to the National parks and outdoor activities.

Mt Peale House

The house was comfortable and very clean. It is located a little outside the center of Moab but easy to find. A great location for hiking at the national parks. My only negative is the appliances and HVAC units were a bit difficult to figure out. Having instruction manuals would have been helpful. That being said we would definitely stay here again.

I liked this place

This VRBO was a nice place to stay. The best part of it all was the internet speed- 360 Mbps! The home was new and everything worked. The shower was hot. The main room was spacious. Each bedroom butted up against the main room. Beds were comfortable. One slight negative was that they cut the cord when we were hoping to watch the NBA playoffs. One other item to note is that the home is 13 minutes outside of Moab. I liked this place.

We will definitely be back. The home was further away from town than we had realized

The home is gorgeous and being farther from town was not an issue at all. The homes itself was paradise. We biked the barm trails and hiked, tried lots of great restraints in town. Coming back to this amazing home made our trip spectacular. This house is booked solid for a reason. It’s a total 10. Super clean and has incredible views. We plan on coming back.

Great Home Base For Moab Adventures

Wonderful modern home with great amenities. Beds were high quality with great linens and pillows. Bathrooms have really great fixtures and were great after a long day in the desert. Kitchen was good for cooking, only minor complaint is there isn’t much pantry storage. But this was a minor issue, highly recommend this property and would book again.

Perfect stay for Moab

Beautiful property and perfect for stargazing. Only downside was the lights from the neighbors porch shined directly through the top windows of the bedroom and it kept us up most nights with how bright the light was coming through the windows and wish it the upper windows had curtains to block the neighbors lights. I would highly recommend staying here

Perfect weekend House

Loved this property! It is new and very modern and exceptionally clean! Loved the layout, perfect for 2 couples or a larger family with kids. The neighborhood is really quiet and out of town. Everything was easy and will definitely stay here again in the future!
