Comprised of two adjacent units, you’ll enjoy space for group fun and quiet privacy. Occupying 2,400 acres between the bay and the Gulf, this resort boasts three golf courses, tennis courts, a lagoon-style pool, and a hot tub.

Unit 1 is a corner-unit condo with a wraparound balcony. Unit 2 is a sunlit studio with a convenient kitchenette. This unit sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Gather in the living area to stream new releases on the flat-screen smart TV. A sleeper sofa and armchair provide comfy seating, while large windows perfectly frame the surrounding beauty. Prepare meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for two. The table in the dining area seats five. A half bath adds convenience. The wraparound balcony allows you to admire the view from Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy morning coffee and a coastal breeze at the table for two.

The studio unit accommodates up to three guests. The space features a king bed, a TV with Roku, and a twin sleeper sofa. Kick back to watch Netflix or simply admire the bay views. The kitchenette includes helpful gadgets such as a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffee, and a toaster. You’ll find a table for two in the dining area.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: FROM 10/30/24 - 2/1/25, TOWER 2 WILL BE UNDERGOING BALCONY RESTORATION. TOWER 1 RESTORATION IS PROJECTED FROM 2/1/25 - 5/1/25. DURING THIS TIME THERE WILL BE HEAVY EQUIPMENT ON SITE, CONSTRUCTION NOISE, BALCONIES COULD BE INACCESSIBLE, AND WINDOWS COULD BE BLOCKED. PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE FURTHER QUESTIONS. COMPLETION DATES MAY CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER AND OTHER UNEXPECTED DELAYS.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
