Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

Basic cooking essentials are provided. Oil, paper products, salt, and specialty ingredients are not included. Additional supplies can be purchased at the convenience market downstairs.



🧺 Laundry

The shared laundry room is located on the same floor across from the apartment. A small fee applies per load. Laundry cards can be purchased at the front desk, or you can use the laundry app via the QR code in the laundry room.



📦 Packages

Packages may be delivered to the front desk for a building fee of approximately $5 for regular-size packages. Guests are responsible for monitoring their deliveries and any shipping delays. The host is unable to store or forward packages before or after your stay.

Building Improvements



The building is currently completing daytime improvements, including the installation of new soundproof windows. Scheduled work may occasionally require workers to access the apartment during daytime hours, typically beginning around 9 AM on an installation day. We appreciate your cooperation while these improvements are completed and apologize for any inconvenience.
