The building is under construction still. They advertise beach front but there is no beach access. The only access to the beach is about 2 blocks away. The amenities shown aren’t open yet and not accessible. The apartment itself was nice and spacious.

El departamento está hermoso y muy limpio lo único malo fue que el aire acondicionado de la recámara principal y el de del comedor no enfriaban. Así que si sufrimos un poco con el calor.

La habitación muy limpia. El complejo se encuentra en construcción por lo que había que caminar por pasillos y escaleras qué dificultan el fácil acceso a la playa.

Todo muy bien con el departamento, buena vista, seguro. Lo que no me gustó es que llegue en vehículo híbrido y todo bien porque hasta encintre donde conectarlo, sin embargo sin avisar pudieron una caja y candado en el enchufe de corriente restringiéndonos su uso sin avisarnos, se me hizo de mala educación no avisar, si había problema por usarlo nos hubieran dicho o nos hubieran avisado si había q pagar por usarlo.

Aun esta en proyecto, el check in fue muy tardado, no se dan inficaciones claras, el departamento no le funcionaban los climas, nos instalaron en otra opcion parecida, no tuvimos acceso a lavanderia del depto. A pesar de que se oferto en la plataforma. Solo se facilita una llave que se deja en un compartimiento lateral a la entrada.No hay amenidades de playa, hay que rentarlas a gente ajena al local. Lo bueno es que el departamento es nuevo, buenas teles, buen wifi en el area del departamento solamente. No volvere y no lo recomendaría. Se perdio 1 tarde en instalarnos y la comunicación es solo con un hostess de waths app. Mencion especial al guardia del edificio, muy servicial y amable
