Nice but noisy

The people were very nice, especially David the security guard. It was clean. But, very thin walls and gap under the door. You can hear the elevator down the hall ding at every floor. The sound carries. Very loud party by the pool that was shaking the things in the room. Only saw 4-6 people out there.

The hotel is new. They don’t have staff the first night we got there. There was no chef so there was no dinner. The second day there was no staff so I couldn’t get drinks by the pool. There was nobody there. I checked out two days early because it was so terrible. I don’t know if I trust Expedia anymore. This is the second trip I’ve taken the accommodations were not what they were said to be on their website. My trip was to the Philippines and I was told the hotel had three restaurants, and it only had one I am completely Dissatisfied with Expedia what they advertise it’s not true. Obviously they do not check the accommodations that they put on their website. They don’t verify anything. All they do is pass on the information that the hotel passes on to them.

The place is located where you'll see a lot of construction an development. You will find a good place to eat just walking distance and all the facility is very clean. My problem was internet, it is very unreliable and my connection was interrupted all the time to the point I couldn't work. I am disappointed because I choose this place thinking about a reliable connection. The bed is hard like a stone, but some people may like that.

Excellent, Clean and Great Staff

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. COFFEE and breakfast buffet personal were attentive and supplied and tables cleaned even though it was very busy.
