Çalışanlar ve otel sahipleri gerçekten çok iyi niyetli fakat işletmenin kendini çok geliştirmesi gerekiyor. Ülkemizde sayısız otelde konaklama fırsatım oldu yeri gel 2 yıldızlı otelde konakladım. Ancak bu oteldeki sorunlarla karşılaşmadım. Önce hotels üzerinden yaptığımız rezervasyon kabul edilmedi, isterseniz ek ücret ödeyin gelin dendi. Daha sonra odalarımız dolu kusura bakmayın dendi. En sonunda sanırım hotels ‘inde devreye girmesiyle rezervasyon yapmış olduğumuz oda yerine 2 ayrı standart oda verildi. Bu süreçte gerçekten bizi çok yıprattılar. Yarım pansiyon konseptiyle kahvaltı ve akşam yemeklerimizi otelde yedik. Ancak bu konsepte sanırım otelin yeni geçmesinden dolayı bir düzene oturmamış. Çalışanlar bize ne istersiniz diye sorduklarında otelin müşterisiyiz diyorduk onlarda aa yarım pansiyon diye tepki veriyordu. Bu durum karşısında kendimizi gerçekten tuhaf hissediyorduk. Gelen yemeklerden sonra da bu yarım pansiyon olayını gerçekten çok iyi anladık. ilk gün çorba kasesinde yeşil fasulye yiyip, ortadan pilav yenmemiz istendi. Daha sonraki günlerde sağolsunlar köfte getirdiler fakat köfte yanına konulan 2 çatallık pilav moralimizi bozdu. Kısacası otelin rezervasyon ve restoran kısmında hizmet&servis anlayışını geliştirmesi gerekiyor. Otelin altı restoran olmasından dolayı kapı müşterisiyle aynı alanda yemek yeniliyor bu sebepten dolayı yaşadığımız durumlar gerçekten tuhaf hissetmemize sebep oldu.
