Clean but my room was right next to the lobby and there was like a party from 5:30 till 10:00. When I finally had enough I couldn't even watch. My TV and kids were knocking on my door for hours and running and I went out there earlier and they said quiet time was at 10:00. But I have never ever experienced this kind of party in a lobby. Those people should have rented a hall
