This 2 Bedroom 2.5 bath split level condo is fully furnished with all utilities included.
On the lower level, each bedroom has a private bathroom attached. The master bedroom has french doors that open up to a private balcony. The master bath has a deep soaking tub and separate walk in shower. Both bedrooms have walk in closets and dressers.
On the upper level is the living/dining area and kitchen. The large kitchen has a full size stainless fridge with french door fridge and pull out drawer freezer with ice maker. The kitchen comes equipped with a full size gas stove/oven GE dishwasher, toaster over, microwave, all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils and kitchen doo-dads you will need.
The living room has a working gas fireplace surrounded by a mosaic wall that is a result of ample excess free-time created by the covid lockdown. The living room opens up to a wrap around balcony with partial views of the harbor, mountains and the Vincent Thomas bridge.
