This cozy house is located just a few minutes walk from the sea and the small port of S'Estanyol, on the south coast of Mallorca in a quiet environment, overlooking the sea and surrounded by Mediterranean nature.

It is distributed on two floors and has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, two living-dining rooms with access to the terrace and two fully equipped kitchens, swimming pool and beautiful garden.

Only 200 meters from the sea in the residential area Son Bielo near the famous beach of Es Trenc.

House is distributed on 2 floors and has 2 living rooms, 2 full equipped kitchens and 6 double bedrooms with 4 bathrooms (2 in suite), beautiful garden with flowers and two terraces with private pool.

On the ground floor there is a bright living room with dining area and with direct outside exit to the garden and cosy terrace where we can enjoy wonderful chats and moments with family and friends.

Open fully equipped kitchen with exit to terrace leading to the pool, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 in suite).

On the second floor is little open kitchen communicated with dining area and living room with exit to the balcon.

3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 in suite).Master bedroom has exit to a small balcony with access to the terrace in the attic with beautiful views to the sea where you can enjoy a romantic evening.

The house is very fresh and all bedrooms have fans, in the living rooms there is TV with satellite channels, Wifi.

Garden area of 500 square meters and has large terraces with barbecue area and private pool area with sun loungers.
