We loved this house! We stayed for a staff retreat. Used the dining room for informal meetings, living room space to chill, and had plenty of space for privacy. We enjoyed the game room, the decor, and overall atmosphere of the place, and it’s a great location for running out to grab food. They want to do it again next year!

My family loves playing games, and the separate building with all the games was fantastic! The house was roomy, bedrooms large, kitchen area large and well furnished. Nice covered area in back with a small fire pit - great conservation area. Owner was great to work with. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay!

Graduation weekend

Wonderful home for our family during our daughter’s graduation weekend from UK. Large area downstairs allowing us plenty of room for friends and family. Large bedrooms. Outside area wonderful. Parking tight so easier with smaller vehicles but we made it work! Rain shower heads only in master and one other shower so hard for those of us with long hair. Plenty of closet room. LOVE the luggage racks. Great hosts! We would for sure stay again and we are pretty particular as property/rental owners ourselves.

Modern Home Near the City

This was a great property for the 6 of us adults. There was plenty of rooms and we loved that every room had king size beds and their own bathroom. The property was very clean with modern furnishings. There’s a cute coffee shop walking distance down the street. Seth was great! Easy to get hold of and very communicative about the property. We had a great time!

Beautiful home

This house was beautifully styled and the layout was perfect for our family of 6. We came to visit the UK, so it was a great location from the university. Kenwick Table a few blocks down was delicious.

Great property - outstanding communication from host

This house is spotless. It’s on a quiet street just a few short minutes drive from downtown Lexington. The property has all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. The communication with our host was outstanding. Will definitely stay here again! The only thing I must highlight for future guests is that it’s really only a 4 BR house. The 5th “BR” is 2 double beds located in an upstairs hallway. It served our purposes just fine, but the 5th BR is not its own separate room with a closet and door for privacy, so it’s important to know that if you truly NEED 5 true BRs for your stay. That being said, the property is fantastic, and we had a great time. Thanks!!

Overall Great

Plenty of space with overall very clean. The garage space as a game room was my only knock on the stay. The quality of the space and the games were very lack luster unlike the photos. Overall a great stay and the host was easy to get ahold of.

Men's weekend in Lex

Seth's house was immaculate and had all the amenities and some, for a group of buddies and I. Seth did a wonderful job communicating with me before, during and after our stay. He was super accommodating in responding to any needs we had. My buddies (USMC veterans) and I have been doing a men's weekend in different cities for the past 13 years and Seth's house was the nicest of our stays all round!
