Front desk staff were a waste of time. Check in a kiosk. If wanting to go for pool and sun don’t recommend this hotel. Wait line at 9am to try snd get the VERY few loungers by pool with before 2pm sun. Most loungers cost extra money $500+ be sure to check that extra costs. Near by Walgreens was useful for water and snacks in room.

Beautiful spacious and clean room. Unfortunately the bedroom TV was not working and we had to request someone to repair it, the first team was unable to resolve the issue and someone came the next day and took care of it. The phone in the living room was not working as well as one of the bedside lamps. The water pressure in the shower could use improvement. None of these issues ruined our trip, but one hopes that everything is in proper working order.

The staff, room and facilities are nice and since it is connected to Venetian, plenty of dining and drinking choices. The $62 resort fee is ridiculous. I would stay in Las Vegas and pay such a fee if I did need to come here for a conference.
