We are excited to offer our guests the Signature MGM condo-hotel with access to all amenities at MGM Grand including the MGM Grand Pool, Wet Republic Etc. The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, and offers huge rooms at great prices! The Property connects to the MGM Grand and is a short walk from the monorail station. Please arrive early, as there may be a wait during check-in.

The Space:
Escape to your 550 sq ft suite and experience views of the strip, kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub, and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, and entertainment center including a flat-screen TV, pool, and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air-conditioned, with free WiFi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.

Great Unit, Poor parking

The unit at the MGM Signature was great - very large with high ceilings and beautiful fixtures. The location was close to the Las Vegas Strip which was convenient for doing things in the immediate vicinity. I would however not stay at this building again secondary to the parking situation which was horrible. The valet parking is either full or unable to be accessed daily because of staffing issues resulting in us needing to self park. The self park itself is not the problem, but the fact that it takes almost 30mins to get from self park to the MGM Signature is. This is particularly problematic when carrying groceries or luggage, and the parking staff were unwilling to let people past the gate to drop things off. If I was aware this was the situation, I would not have stayed in this property. The parking manager and hotel manager were very unhelpful (and parking manager very rude) regarding the parking situation. The rest of the hotel staff were very pleasant and polite as was communication with the property management company, If you do not have a vehicle, I would recommend this property, If you do and intend on using it regularly, stay elsewhere.
