Stated at this hotel for an early morning flight. The shuttle runs 24/7 BUT they seem to have only one and it fills up by reservation. We got lucky and made the list but if we had not then it would have required a taxi. I had not had that experience before where shuttle could be “sold out” for a hotel focused on airport travel. Hearing cooling unit was loud and older. Wonderful bar tender helped us order food late night.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made us feel relaxed right away. What stood out the most, though, was the incredible staff. We had a very bad experience with the airline we were flying with, so we arrived tired and not in the best mood. Carlos at the front desk completely turned our day around. He was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Thanks to him, what started as a stressful day ended on a very positive note. Clean room, nice staff, the breakfast was amazing and there was a sweet lady who was a server who went above and beyond for our family. I didn’t get her name but she definitely made our morning. The staff was able to accommodate us and placed a crib in our room quickly!
