Nice quiet hotel about a 10 minute walk from the Strip. No casino, which is a plus. There is a nice heated pool. Quiet and peaceful, unlike the noisy hotels on the Strip. A huge plus is the free on-site parking.

Overall the resort is a great place to stay. It is within walking distance of many fun activities and restaurants, as well as the monorail. The rooms are clean and spacious, furniture is nice, and the beds are very comfortable. Things to improve: 1. Better water pressure in the showers 2. Clean and fill the Jacuzzi more often 3. When booking families with small children locate them on ground floor or try to sound proof floors better ...super noisy when they run around and guests are directly under that room. 4. Consider adding a breakfast buffet or some other food options. 5. Have a stack of towels available in the gym to wipe down equipment. 6. Add a sign in the entrance so visitors go to the correct area to check in.

Hotel is good. The girl at the front desk kept yelling at me that it was 2 separate reservations instead of 1. I asked if it was 2 rooms (which is what I needed) and she just yelled that it was 2 separate reservations. I said ok, is it one room each and she just yelled, 'it's 2 separate reservations' again. Finally her coworker said 'its 2 rooms' and we just needed my dad to check in under the 2nd reservation.

We’ve stayed here a couple times now and this last stay was disappointing because one of the beds was broken, we found dog kibble on the floor, and the restrooms were not cleaned very well. I like that it has the kitchen and patio but we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room itself.

“Resort” is an exaggeration

Service- great guest service but they weren’t able to actually do anything about the concerns we have. Basic accommodations. Absolutely nothing special or noteworthy. It is not a resort. There is no maid service without additional fees. AC blows directly into the living area, keeps the bedroom incredibly warm. When talking to the lovely guest service and engineers they agreed it has always been a problem and it’s just how the place was built. There is a vent in the bedroom ceiling just nothing comes out of it. The do offer tiny fans…..

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The only downfall is there is no housekeeping unless you’re willing to pay an arm and a leg for them to come in and clean only once. No big deal though as we were only there for 5 days. The property itself was beautiful and clean and comfortable even with a baby.

The property was great. Not too far from the strip. Pool was nice. The white noise machine in the bedrooms were nice to have. You can walk to the strip but we found we were using Ubers so if you’d rather ride than walk factor that into your price per night.

Hotel amenities but spacious apartment

A really spacious apartment with all the amenities of a hotel including a great pool. The staff are really helpful. A short distance from The Strip. Only downside is we were in a room next to the busy road which kept us awake at night. The free parking was a real bonus.

It was very quiet and clean and only a short walk to the strip!! Our room was like a small apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out couch. Vegas can get pricey so we decided to save some money and went to the grocery store and bought some frozen pizzas and easy stuff to eat so we could spend on our money on all the fun things Vegas has to offer! It is close to MGM which has the monorail system which is definitely worth using in our experience. I would absolutely stay here again, thank you for your amazing hospitality!!
