This was the perfect vacation for a family get together. Having two homes close to each other was truly amazing. The space downstairs was great for our family dinner party and the back yard was equipped with nice patio equipment to sit outside and talk together or play a family party game. We were only about 20mins from the Strip and the Airport. There are also other family outings we were able to enjoy together with the kids. We would definitely come again.

Adequate

If you are looking for a place to lay your head during a Vegas trip then this is a great space. If you hope to utilize the home more fully you might want to keep looking. The kitchen was poorly stocked (example: corkscrew available but no wine glasses - actually no full size glasses only small plastic like you might expect in a bathroom or for a child) Paper supplies were limited and we had to ask for more. What was brought was still not enough and we ended up buying toilet paper, paper towels and solo cups of our own. There was laundry available, but no detergent. Overall, the stay did not feel welcoming because so many things were skimped on. it gave the impression that you were not really meant to use the home, just sleep there.

I rented this place Because of what was described. Yes it was clean Yes it a newer development. (1.THIS PLACE IS NOT A VILLA (2. THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE 8 PLUS BATH. (3.THIS IS 2 5BED ROOM 2 1/2 BATH HOMES ACROSS THE STREET FROM ONE ANOTHER. IT ONLY HAS 4 FULL BATH BETWEEN THE 2 HOMES. OF COURSE THIS WAS AN INCONVENIENCE WITH THE GROUP WE HAD. I ASK FOR EARLY CHECK IN DIDN'T RECEIVE HOUSE INFO UNTIL A FEW MIN. BEFORE 4PM . RESPONSE TIME WAS POOR UP UNTIL WE NEEDED TO REQUEST AN EXTENSION ON ONE OF THE HOUSES FOR A DAY. THIS IS NOT WHAT IT SAYS IT IS. VERY DISAPPOINTED WOULDN'T RECOMMEND FOR A LARGE GROUP IF YOU WANT TO BE TOGETHER.ALSO BRING YOUR OWN TOILETRIES ONE OF THE HOMES WASNT SUFFICIENTLY STOCKED. (NEVER AGAIN)
