Exciting designer villa in a quiet location

The house is located in a charming little village and it provides excellent privacy and shadow on the exterior area. This typical Istrian house was completely renovated in 2020 by a talented designer. It consists of 2 buildings - the main building with 2 comfortable bedrooms with a modern kitchen and a dining and living area. The second building is a modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, completely with a kitchen and a spacious living room. The complex is modern and well equipped. It is distanced only 9 km from the city of Labin and 14 km from Rabac (the first recommended beaches are at 15 minutes drive). The first supermarket and recommended restaurants are only 3 km from the house. The location is very calm and relaxing, ideal for a vacation with family and friends. We will also provide you with a fine list of recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Welcome to Istria!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben und es ist alles was nötig ist vorhanden. Geschirr ist allerdings nur im Haupthaus. Einzig was verbessert werden könnte wäre den Pool zu Heizen. Zu unserem Reisedatum war der Pool doch sehr kalt. (Anfang September) Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schönes modernes Haus

Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt, es ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist etwas abseits in einem kleinen ruhigen Ort. Leider fanden in unserem Buchungszeitraum auf dem Nachbargrundstück trotz vorheriger Absprache täglich ab 07:00 Uhr(auch sonntags) diverse Bauarbeiten statt, die mit Lärm und Einsicht auf den Pool und die Sonnenterrasse verbunden waren.

Traumhafte Villa

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa sehr genossen! Mit 2 Töchtern war es sehr angenehm quasi zwei Wohnungen zur Verfügung zu haben.Leider ist es ein sehr baufreudiges Dorf und wir hatten in der 2. Woche von 2 Seiten den Schall von Baustellen. Ab Nachmittag war wieder vollkommene Ruhe im Dorf und wir konnten die Dachterrasse und den Pool in vollen Zügen genießen! Würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Tolle moderne Villa in Istrien

Sehr schöne Ausstattung der Villa. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Istrien. Küche und Bäder sind top. Der Pool ist zwar ungeheizt aber sehr sauber.

Exzellente Unterkunft.

Würden Sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr schön. Strände ca 20 bis 30 Minuten. Sehr sauber. Toller Pool. Sehr gut eingerichtet. Juli 2021 wird unterhalb gebaut. Etwas Lärm. Sollte man im inserate vorher erwähnen. Aber prompte Reaktion vom Host Kristina die immer sehr hilfreich war.

Die gesamte Anlage mit Haus und Pool sind total neu und super eingerichtet und ausgestattet! Man hat viel privatsphäre und der Pool im Innenhof und die Sonnenterasse sind perfekt geeignet. Es ist alles da was das Herz begehrt, Outdoor Griller, offener Kamin im Hause, Küche mit allen notwendigen Geschirr alles top sauber , Kühlschrank mit Gefriertruhe, die Badezimmer sind top modern, stylisch und super sauber . Internet ist vorhanden und mit guter Bandbreite, auch 2 Fernseher sind vorhanden , ein der davon mit einer echt riesigen Diagonalen. Zusammenfassend haben wir uns extrem wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Nachbarn, sind super nett und freundlich und der gesamte kleine “Ort” ist total ruhig. wir werden wieder kommen !
