The property listed online was point on and exactly as expected. Context to our stay...we were driving from Louisiana to Delaware on a 2 day road trip and needed a quick stop for the first night to rest up and get rejuvenated, to make the second leg on day 2. The seclusion from the city and Interstate was perfect, but still close to grab some dinner and get to bed for quiet sleep. Which brings me to the bed...uber comfortable and great rest! I camp a lot and have to set up tent, etc upon arrival to most campgrounds, so this situation was the perfect Heaven for me...pulled up and camp was ready! Thanks Bobby and Glampknox. This was our first Glamping experience and we loved it!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was a wedding there that night so we didn’t have access to bathrooms but went into town for dinner so it was manageable. We were in town to find my daughter a wedding dress. We found one and glamping the night before was perfect and so much fun!

This is a top-notch facility and happening place. The drive to the city is short and the views were fantastic. The weather which of course is not cooperative was unfortunately not overpowered due to excessive heat. The whole time I stayed the national weather service issued a heat advisory! Despite the weather I would recommend this place highly!!!!!

Camping is in-tents!

The perfect little tent. The bed was comfortable. The tent kept the heat in, we were never cold. The farm is absolutely gorgeous as well as the barn. We will definitely be staying again but next time bring the kiddos.

Relaxing

The property was beautiful and relaxing. I could tell the staff took good care of the property and it was convenient to stay there for my sister’s wedding at Holston Springs! We also enjoyed feeding the horses :)

Lovely as always!

I've stayed at this property multiple times, but this is the first time I booked it myself. It was so easy to reserve, and everything was ready as soon as my boyfriend and I arrived. The property manager is very friendly. The only issue that took place was a couple wasps in the outdoor bathroom, but they were dealt with within 10 minutes of messaging the host. The host was very communicative about other events taking place on the property, but I never felt like our privacy or stay was compromised. I absolutely love renting these tents!

It was easy to find, great area, clean, well kept, and organized. They also had a sweet barn cat (if you like cats lol). They only downfall was the shower was outside...and the tents were very close to each other. So if you were going for an intimate couples stay I wouldn't recommend this site. Overall it was a lovely stay and very close to downtown Knoxville, with many attractions and things to do!!

Great Glamping spot

Great glamping spot for a short stay in Knoxville. The site is close to downtown and UT campus. Site was easy to find and easy to get to. The bed was super comfortable and warm (in 30 degree weather…we did bring two extra blankets). Bathroom was close by, just down a hill. It has warm running water and a real flushing toilet. We even had a barn kitty meet us anytime we went down to the bathroom. Tents are close together but our neighbor was super quiet (even with their dog).
