The McCormick's stay

This ia a beautifully decorated, spacious condo that is well stocked with towels and kitchen. We had a number of issues that required attention imediately. ( 2 bathroom faucets with had no water flow,clogged drain,and a microwave that stopped working} Thersa, the rep from Conch Collection, answered our calls promptly and had the issues corrected as quickly as possible. The condo also had a small pool and waterfall that was very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend renting this unit.

Close to Key West

The property details read as though this property was newly renovated, however, it had dirty walls, broken floor tiles in most every room and mold in the master shower. Most of the furniture is dirty on the arms and lower edges. I felt it was necessary to cover the furniture with blankets. We also dealt with ants and other bugs during our stay. I reached out to the property manager about the bug issue and never received a response. Another issue is the lack of storage for groceries in the kitchen. There are so many glasses/drinking cups in the cabinets that need to be paired down to allow for some pantry space. The pool on the premises is useless in the colder months as it is not heated. Parking can also be an issue and it should be noted that it is parallel parking along tree lined streets. Also, it should be noted that it can be rather noisy, as it is located near the hospital and fire department, as well as it is rather close to Highway 1 and you can hear the traffics, and emergency responding vehicles. We paid a premium price to stay at this property and I feel we overpaid for the property condition. We definitely are not happy with our experience.
