Lovely property. Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. The check in process was smooth and the property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. And Jana was a great communicator. Would recommend!

Beautiful, clean, quiet, wonderful view!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The host, Jana, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - spare toiletries, a variety of snacks and drinks, and a very well-outfitted apartment. The apartment is very close to a train stop and grocery store, making it very easy to get downtown or any of the points of interest in Kassel. I would completely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kassel - you won’t find anything more wonderful than this!

Highly recommended! One of the best if not the best experience my wife and I have ever had!

As advertised, the apartment is large and super clean. I mean it is SUPER CLEAN. Also it is very bright because of the big panoramic window and the color scheme they used in painting/decorating the apartment. It is located in very quiet neighborhood which was very important for us as my wife and I are very picky and sensitive when it comes to noise. Apartment is equipped with all the modern amenities including the TVs, wifi, full kitchen appliances etc. But moreover, we as guests felt that we were in very caring hands. The feeling came from all the love and careful attention to the smallest detail our host put into decorating and organizing her place! Jana thought through littlest details her guests could have a need for. It was above and beyond all our expectations when we found pack of ear plugs and water bottles on the night stand by the bed, or set of emergency knitting kits in the drawers (which my wife once in a million years needed and it was there!!!), set of pens and notepads neatly stacked just in case, board games, Bluetooth speaker, tons of lighting fixtures, even sweets and chocolates (for those in urgent need of it), even small fancy chocolate was waiting for us on the pillows as we opened the covers of the bed!!! Jana Wenderoth, the host, made every possible effort, going even out of her way, to accommodate all our needs. And she always did it with a smile! Thank you Jana for making our stay in your place such a memorable and wonderful time! We highly recommend this host and her appointment to everyone!

Tolle Urlaubserfahrung

Wir waren auf einem Kongress in Kassel und unser Aufenthalt war großartig. Die Wohnung von Jana ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung hat alles geboten, was wir gebraucht haben und noch mehr, wie zum Beispiel eine schöne Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Wir waren noch nie in einer so toll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Jana ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin und hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Falls wir im nächsten Jahr wieder in Kassel sein sollten, werden wir versuchen, die Wohnung von Jana wieder zu mieten. Ankommen und wohlfühlen

In dieser hervorragend und liebevoll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung fühlt man sich vom 1. Moment an wohl. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und in die Stadt - der ÖPNV ist fußläufig auf sehr kurzem Wege zu erreichen und für den täglichen Bedarf kann man sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung auch schnell versorgen. Trotzdem wohnt man sehr ruhig und fühlt sich bei den Gastgebern sehr gut aufgehoben.

Zwei Schulungsaufenthalte

Ich war für eine Schulung an zwei Terminen in Kassel. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für mich optimal und die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Auch die gut ausgestattete Küche hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich bin zu meinem zweiten Schulungstermin sehr gerne wieder in diese Unterkunft zurückgekommen.

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, man hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Und noch ein bisschen mehr! Die Wohnung ist sauber und entspricht den Fotos im Inserat. Die Betten sind super bequem und es ist ruhig. Der Blick aus dem großen Wohnzimmerfenster auf das Silvesterfeuerwerk war ein Knaller. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, super Anbindung an den ÖPNV und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit Jana war ebenfalls super, sehr nett und fürsorglich! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

Große moderne 2 Zimmer Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Da hat nichs gefehlt. Mit Licht durchflutet. Das Bad und WC ist klein aber mit Fenster gut eingerichtet und sauber. Offene Küche top ausgestattet. Unseren Aufenthalt 28-30 Oktober haben wir genossen, unsere erwartungen sind übertroffen.
