Alessandra was such a great help. She was so attentive and made our trip much easier. She was the highlight of our trip . Everyone from the cleaners, maintenance guys, chefs, hosts , were all so kind and on top of things. The property itself is beautiful and has many cool wild life that just hung around. The TRS experience is definitely the best as far as what we were looking for. Top notch property, top notch staff. The resort is nice and spread out. Service is hit and miss. We had excellent seafood and mediocre steaks. In general, decent food at buffets, Argentina, French, Seafood restaurant. Thai restaurant was bad! I lost a nice thermist at Playa beach, family section. I have been to at least 15 resorts in Quintana Roo and this is the first time I lost an item. I requested for a camera review but people at concierge desk don't seem to care. They never get back to me.
