Welcome to Valley View Retreat! This home is a new build, a fully furnished cabin that sits on the rim of the beautiful Arkansas Grand Canyon Valley and has stunning views. Enjoy a beautiful place for a romantic getaway or family vacation, relax and enjoy the beautiful Ozark mountains! Newly remodeled to add more space and a hot tub to relax after a day of hiking!
The main floor has a kitchen/ living area, new beautiful dining room, bathroom and bedroom with queen bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. The second floor has a second living area as well as a large table and chairs for dining, game playing etc. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom on this floor. There is a sofa bed in the sitting area. The loft area has a full sized mattress in an adorable little nook as well as a small sitting area.
There is a washer and dryer in the house available for the guests use. We provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent.
We also provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is a propane grill (propane provided) on the deck along with some chairs for relaxing.
There is a wood firepit in the backyard.
New deck off the dining room with a new hot tub to relax and enjoy the view after a long day of exploring!
Guests have access to the entire house.
We do not live on site but you are welcome to reach out at any time by phone call, text or email.
This rental is beside highway 7 and in a peaceful neighborhood.
HOUSE RULES
-Check in time is after 4PM
-Check out time is by 11AM
-Must be honest about number of guests. Additional guests will be charged extra guest fees.
-Quiet time from 10PM-7AM.
-No pets, smoking, fireworks, substance abuse, or ATV use on property.
-Vehicles must stay on designated driveways and parking areas.
-No loud music or noisy partying.
If these policies are broken, you may be charged a minimum fee of $250. Outdoor surveillance in use.
DAMAGES
If there are damages found, you will be subject to a damage fee or, if your reservation included an incidental deposit, Buffalo River Vacations, LLC reserves the right to charge for any damages found.
CANCELLATIONS
Strict - Free cancellation for 48 hours
After that, cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee and Taxes. Cancel up to 30 days before check in for 100% refund minus service fee and taxes.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and cozy, located in the scenic AR7 highway. There are two rooms with a double bed each, and two bathrooms. There are also two living rooms, one in the ground level and another one in the first floor, and an attic which I suppose would be very charming to children. The house is well taken care of and communication with the hosts is very easy. They are friendly and helpful. We were only two people staying each in one of the rooms, but I suppose the house can accommodate two couples and a few more people sleeping on the sofa, or children sleeping in the attic.
What could be improved: the kitchen is not so well equipped, especially in terms of utensils, pots and pans. It was difficult to cook simple things for two, so I imagine for a full family it could be complicated. The beds' structure is not so solid either — they wiggle a little.
Otherwise, it is very comfortable and pleasant to stay here. The location is convenient to visit most parts of the Ozarks. I would definitely come back.

Just perfect!
The best place we have stayed as far as cleanliness and personal touches. Really makes you feel like they are happy you are staying with them. Great communication with owner and a great location for all the buffalo river trails. Will definetly use again and recommend to family and friends.

My BFF and I absolutely LOVED your home. It was just beautiful. We had planned a long weekend for some much needed R&R, laughter and time away to just slow down. This was the perfect place. From the view to hot tub to comfy beds and peace and quiet. Everything was just perfect!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful Cabin and Location
We were so thankful to find this property when our previously booked property canceled on us 2 days before arrival. We ended up here in a beautiful home with an amazing view. The snack basket and brownies were such a fun welcome gift. We had a minor snafu during our stay, but they were quick to respond and sent someone out immediately to address the issue.
The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a blow dryer. The kitchen has enough basics to make simple meals.
The hot tub and fire pit were lovely. Our teens espeically enjoyed the loft bedroom and the reliable wifi.
When we return to the Buffalo River area in Arkansas, we will definitely try to rent this cabin again!

LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this place!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The cabin was phenomenal. The attention to detail and the views were incredible. The cabin was very clean (that says a lot coming from me) and inviting. The hosts we’re great and answered any questions we had timely. We come to Jasper regularly and will definitely be staying here again :)
