The property was decent, and maintenance and cleanliness were fine, but it's not been updated much, and they were short staffed. The room night price seemed high relative to value. Would recommend, as the staff they have is enthusiastic, and the location is in the midst of everything South Beach.

Guy at the front desk was helpful - he suggested good place to park the car for $20 per night.
The coffee was not the best.
The bathroom door wouldn't move! Once you close it, you can't open it anymore, you have to lift it and put it aside. It looks like the door is too high and touches the floor.

I enjoyed the experience at planet Hollywood. It was easy to get a cab and go to dinner , or a show. Also playing at the casino was nice with complementary drinks. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. I'll definitely come again.
