The never stay

The pictures were misleading the only thing that looked the same as in the pictures was the kitchen table it was unsafe I reported that it was unsafe for me and was told too bad so sad I stayed in this unit one night and told them that I was checking out and my issues and reasons for doing so and they told me it doesn't matter I still have to pay for the full month's rental do not rent from these people

Thanksgiving trip

Place was clean. The walk down to it was a little steep but manageable. Cabinet was full of condiments and spices, coffee and sugar. The security lights were nice when getting back after dark. Loved the keyless entry. The bamboos chairs could be updated to something more comfortable. Overall, would stay again.

Relaxing stay

This is my 2nd stay at this location. I have family in the area and when I come to visit them, this home provides a relaxing and comforting stay. It fits my needs perfectly. The host was easy to contact and checked to make sure all was going well. I hope the next time I travel to HSV, I can book there again.

The Village

Rented the small 1 bdrm VRBO to check out Hot Springs Village. I was thinking I would be staying in a home with owners on premises and wasn’t aware the entire house was a VRBO with upstairs being a 4/2 and the place I rented below. Was at are exactly how to park when I pulled up as you had to walk down side of house and around back to enter the downstairs VRBO. The place was clean and had everything you needed. The price was a little higher than expected due to all the fees. I did love that it backed up to the golf course and was a beautiful place to walk my dog. I visited the Beehive while I was there and fell in love with the people. The couple upstairs was there with a friend also looking for a place to live. Very nice. I’m happy to say I have a contract on a townhouse and wll soon be living there! Thank you for being pet friendly❤️

Getaway

We came to the village to golf with friends and just needed accommodations for my husband and I. The apartment was good and the few problems we encountered were handled promptly by hosts. The only issue I had was the walk up and down to the downstairs apartment. Pictures didn’t do the walk justice. Limited what we carried in so we didn’t have to carry back out. It was noted in the description at the end but after looking at the pictures I had decided to rent. Had every thing needed for our stay and hospitality was good.

Slept like a dead person

I was so tired and I needed some isolation and rest. I found the perfect spot for both. I stayed two nights and both nights I slept like a dead person. I feel so much better! I’ve learned in my older age, when my body says it’s time for an unplug, I best listen.

I loved the swing hammocks on the deck( i was on the lower unit) was able to watch some of the people when they golfed, the neighbor next door was very friendly. was just so peaceful. some of the renters upstairs were a little noisy but just the walking and running nothing drastic. If i hadnt of bought a house during my stay i would certainly come back again. Thank you for the great place and the use of your home!!

Great for a quick getaway!

Everything was outstanding. The unit was clean and neat (the drawers and cabinets were even labeled!) and it was easy to get into and out of with the electronic door lock! The golf courses that I played were easy to get to and the house was easy to find. Communication with the property owner was outstanding. They replied back almost immediately every time I had a question, which wasn't that often because everything was laid out so well. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a small place for a few days. Thank you so much!

Convenient Location

The unit is located in a great spot in regards to the proximity to both the east and west sides of the village. The owners communicated well, giving us detailed instructions prior to arrival and made sure we knew they would promptly address any issues with the unit during our stay.

A Question?

This was a nice, clean place for two people. We really enjoyed our stay. But, be aware of booking with VRBO because unexpected fees were added at the end.
