Gracioso e íntimo describe mejor esta propiedad distintiva. Desde el momento en que pones el rico vestíbulo de mármol italiano, te abrazan con abundante elegancia. La atención al detalle en este paraíso del Pacífico perfectamente ubicado deja poco que desear.

El hotel / condominio fue construido en 1977 por los japoneses, durante una época en que el dinero no era un problema. Los principales materiales de construcción son mármol y pan de oro.

La habitación es de buen tamaño, mucho más grande que una habitación de hotel, será muy cómoda. La vista es desde el piso 18 y en una dirección se ven las montañas en la otra el Océano Pacífico.

Tiene servicio de valet parking las 24 horas a $ 35 por día, o estacione gratis en la calle.

El condominio se encuentra junto al parque De Russey y la playa del parque De Russey. Esta es un área muy agradable donde van las 'personas hermosas'. También hay canchas de tenis gratuitas en el parque con iluminación nocturna.

Está a una corta distancia a pie del Hilton Hawaiian Village y el Royal Hawaiian Pink Palace, o el Sheraton Mona Surfrider; pero también es muy, muy agradable regresar a la tranquilidad de este condominio en el Royal Garden, y alejarse de todos los hoi polloi, multitudes de turistas y niños. Entonces obtienes lo mejor de todos los mundos, todo dentro de una caminata de cinco minutos.

El famoso centro comercial Ala Mona también está cerca. La parada de autobús está a 1/2 cuadra de distancia. No hay necesidad de un auto. Este condominio de lujo es mucho mejor que una habitación de hotel.

'Mi esposo y yo realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estadía de tres semanas. Viajamos a Waikiki todos los años, pero esta fue la primera vez que alquilamos un apartamento. El condominio estaba limpio, bien equipado y cerca de todo lo que ofrece la ciudad. 'El apartamento es muy encantador, y el candelabro es muy elegante. Es tranquilo, espacioso, muy cómodo, funcionalmente equipado y tranquilo. Está bien situado, cerca del parque central, la playa y todas las atracciones, con un servicio de autobuses confiable también y desde el aeropuerto. Esta unidad tiene una cama King Size de California. También hay un sofá cama plegable. La vista está en el lado preferido de Diamond Head del edificio, que tiene una vista al mar hacia Diamond Head. Este lado del edificio tiene una vista mucho mejor hacia el océano y los vientos alisios del Pacífico entran directamente en la gran puerta de lanai.

Great Stay!

The property is convenient for walking around! Very close to a food truck corner with lots of choices. Paul is super about communication. Even leaving suggestions and directions. One thing, because you are staying in an “owner”unit, the property, you don’t get an ice bucket, and if you ask about anything concerning the unit, you’ll need to contact the iwner

Slept like I was at home

Great value for the location. Very comfortable bed. Walkable to all the Waikiki attractions. The heated pool was fantastic. Very friendly staff.

Nice little getaway spot!

We loved that this was close to everything, but seemingly far away from the busyness of Waikiki. Nice, short walk to the beach through Fort DeRussy and close to many restaurants. Accommodations were perfect and cozy for two. Nice view of the Ala Wai and peek-a-boo of the Pacific. If you have a car, download the app to make street parking easier and don’t choose an oversized vehicle if you want them to park it in the hotel garage. The only negative was the attitude of some of the desk personnel when they learned we were VRBO and not RCI. It was noticeable for sure. They didn’t even want to give me a single plastic bag to get ice from the ice machine.

The Entire Island

If you are looking for a place to stay where everything in Waikiki is within walking distance but when you want to get out and seenthe sights you dont have to fight a lot of city traffic this is the place. Clean and comfortable and very quiet at night.

This place was really nice close to beach,shopping and river walk. This was are first time in Waikiki and had an awesome time. Room was very clean nice king size bed and tv amd small fridge and microwave, coffee maker. Front desk very polite and helpful. The valet parking guys were really great!! Do take cash to pay. I would really consider booking again.

Comfortable condo awesome for a couple. Living area is comfortable as well as the bed. Walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, beach, and additional attractions and activities. There is a $40 per day to have valet parking cash which was not mentioned but you can speak with front desk to find out about other parking areas which are cheaper. Seeing the ocean from the balcony is a stretch but you can see the water. Staff in the building are very friendly and very helpful. All other amenities that are listed are available and helpful and clean. Paul responded quickly when we had difficulty with the key code on our arrival.This was a plus after we had spent the day traveling .We plan to return in the future.

Perfect

My wife and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. The room was amazing! It was the perfect size for a couple. Everything from a table to eat at, couch to wind down in front of TV and comfortable bed to sleep also in front of the TV. I would definitely recommend this place for any couple looking for a place to stay. Most everything was in walking distance. We rented a car and the valet service was amazing, always giving good advice where to go and what to see, also was crazy fast on getting the car. It was almost as if they ran to get your car every time. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you for helping make our anniversary so special!

Good. Not great.

Due to storms and wildfires, I had to rearrange my plans at the last minute. I didn’t expect a refund last minute but a little grace would have been nice. I also didn’t expect or appreciate a snarky, condescending attitude from the property manager regarding my travel situation. The unit was nice enough for what it was. Bed, sofa in front of the bed, big wall tv, dorm room refrigerator and a microwave on top of it. Parking was 40 per night. No other parking options readily available. Friendly staff at the hotel. The property manager could learn a thing or two regarding customer interactions by studying under the hotel staff…..

Great place to stay

About 5-10 min walking distance to downtown, the malls and all of the restaurants. Not the newest place but is great for being on a budget. There is a small view of the ocean if you stretch your neck off the balcony behind the construction work going on. The hotel held our bags for a all fee after checkout as we had a later flight. We were able to use their pool which is nice and had some well shaded areas but they would not let us use their towels as this booking was not booked directly with them.

Good location Good value for the price. Unit is tired and needs to replace wallpaper with clean paint. Time to replace curtains. They are dirty and drab and broken and take away from the whole place I think they are as old as the building. That said again the price and location were great

Great stay at Waikiki

This apt was booked for my parents. They loved the ability to walk to Waikiki and Ala Moana, appreciated the quality of the bed, and, while light sleepers, had undisturbed sleep all nights.

Gute Lage

Das Appartement entspricht genau des Inserates.Top Lage, es ist kein 5Sterne Appartement, dafür bräuchte es nur ein kurzer Anstrich mit weißer Farbe.Aber der Blick aus dem 18Stock über Waikiki ist traumhaft schön.Ich würde die Wohnung wieder Buchen,ich hab den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

An Enjoyable Stay

Convenient

This was a very convenient suite. Close to everything. Waikiki beach is within easy walking distance. You have a view of the canal. Staff here were very friendly and helpful. Greatly appreciated their concierge Nicole. She was so delightful. Her recommendations were terrific. If you are tired from a long day at the beach or touring I would highly recommend going to Island Country Markets for the best take out food. They have a great selection to choose from. They also have a nice wine selection. They are very close to the hotel. This suite is a nice size but it is in need of a good cleaning. Coffee mugs were very stained, the box spring did not align with the mattress and the exposed edge was covered in dust and dirt when we arrived. I had to take a Lysol wipe to clean it. The room could benefit from a good clean then it would be ideal. I would return if I was assured the room was cleaner.
