予約と違う部屋に案内されました。

事前に予約した部屋とは違う部屋に案内され、フロントに問い合わせをして間違いを確認。 直ぐに予約通りの部屋を案内するとの事でしたが、通された部屋は暖房が入れられたばかりなのか寒くていられませんでした。 寒がりの年寄り連れでしたので、とっても残念でした。
