Beautiful new studio apartment located in downtown Hailey constructed in 2018. Walkable to all downtown areas. Only 12 miles to Ketchum and the Sun Valley ski resort. Studio is on second story with great views and a private entrance. Perfect location and beautifully finished! There is new furnishings and a fully stocked kitchenette for all of your needs! The studio has a queen size bed and a single sized pull out couch, kitchen table/work desk that seats 4, kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, hot plate and refrigerator and a separate bathroom with tiled shower.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a stovetop. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and a desk. Housekeeping is available on request.
