One quen bed and one full size futon. Sleeps: 3 Pets: 2 Parking: 1 Toaster, microwave, coffee maker & mini fridge. Cookware, dishes, silverware, etc. provided. Shower, sink toilet. Towels, shampoo and soap provided Smart TV located in the bedroom. You can sign into and watch your streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) on the TV, we do not provide any TV services/cable at this time. Outdoor picnic table A one-time cleaning fee of $45 will be added to your stay at checkout. Dogs are allowed for a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 for up to two dogs in rented accommodations. No additional pets are allowed.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy TVs. Sofa beds and microwaves are also standard.

Great spot

My airstream was perfect for my needs. The location is right on the Colorado river, with a walking path and pedestrian bridge across the river, right there. Beautiful location, great accommodations, and communication with the manager.
