Would have been all 5 stars but smoke detectors went off without explanation in the middle of the night with no smoke or CO. Big inconvenience but property manger was responsive. Early check-in fee was high just for 4h early when the property was unoccupied the day before. Otherwise a great home in a good location

The overall place was as described. The kitchen is VERY dark. In fact, the bulb went out above the sink so I reached out to the host only to be told that there was sufficient other lights in the kitchen. There was NOT sufficient other lights in the kitchen. There was a very trendy light that looked cute, but put out no light. Overall the place was as described. Very clean and I would probably go back.

A Hill Country Gem!Our group had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom home! Finding a space that feels both spacious and cozy can be a challenge, but this property managed it perfectly.The layout was ideal for our group. With four well-appointed bedrooms, everyone had plenty of privacy, while the common areas provided a fantastic setting for us to gather, relax, and enjoy each other's company. The home was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay.You couldn't ask for a better spot in Fredericksburg. It struck the perfect balance—quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep, yet close enough to Main Street that we were never more than a few minutes away from the best wineries, tasting rooms, and shops. It served as the perfect "home base" for our Hill Country adventures.What truly set this stay apart was the host. They were incredibly responsive from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. Any questions we had were answered almost instantly, and their local recommendations were spot on. It’s clear they take great pride in their home and genuinely care about their guests' experience.We cannot recommend this home enough. Whether you're here for a family getaway or a weekend with friends, this is the place to stay! We can't wait to come back again!!

The house was nice and a good layout for our family. It was nice to also be able to have our small dogs join us. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside but the outdoor furniture was not in great shape. Would be great to have that improved for future guests. We also had trouble with the internet and tvs but appreciate the host trying to take care of that during our stay.

The house was clean and comfortable for my family of 4 couples. The backyard was very disappointing as it needed a good clean up. We had a few hiccups that were addressed in a timely manner. However we were told the wifi wouldn't be fixed, the BBQ replaced (it was unusable) and the yard would not be cleaned up until after our stay.

The place felt dingy with mildew on the shower curtains. The lights in the bathrooms were filled with dead bugs. The hot tub was dirty with sand and bugs in it. The couch had spots that needed more cushion. Lastly, the internet did not work the last day of our stay. So much for a relaxing movie night.

A great gathering spot for our family Thanksgiving get together. House was as advertised and well outfitted for cooking the big dinner. Quiet neighborhood close enough to the main shopping area. Very responsive host.

It was ok nothing to rave about. The host was very responsive. To me it needs some TLC lie new shower curtains they were gross and tile coming off in front of master shower could present a bad issue. I did notify them of all this and they were appreciative of us letting them know. Overpriced in my opinion for what it was. It was not terrible and it worked. It was clean a few Cobb webs. Kitchen is small if you are taking a big grp. It worked for the four of us. Driving up to it was a little disappointing but inside looked better. Beds are way too low to the ground. The fixture in master is cute but hangs too low.

Everything was great with our stay. One slight issue is the high water pressure in the master bathroom. The shower could just about peel paint at the pressure it is. An adjustable shower head would be a great addition.

Convenient location to downtown Fredericksburg. Safe neighborhood to walk in evening. Very clean with all conveniences. Only one small issue. TV was somewhat difficult to set up. Had to look up UTube directions to access ROKU. Would be helpful to have explicit directions available when guests arrive.

Great location great for family and friends. House was nicely decorated and clean. Plenty of seating. Only complaints no Keurig or pods, no corkscrew, didn’t know about the beds being so low. I just had hip replaced was challenging to get up and down. Awesome Birthday would book again.

We truly had a wonderful stay! This home was perfect for our family! This home is beautiful, spacious and clean, and very close to Main Street! The kiddos had their spaces and so did we, and with a fenced in backyard, we felt comfortable both indoors and outdoors! We would definitely come back!!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a nice house, but you walk in and see a light fixture with missing globes and lights. We did not go out to the whirlpool. The yard was not well kept. Pulling into the carport gives you a negative impression of the house. Weeds growing in gutters. The outside needs work to match the inside. Little, thin bath towels for 489 per night. Upgrade to match the price. You can tell a lot has been done. Finish making it a great place - mainly outside!
