This was a great hotel for my family and I before heading out on our cruise! The hotel is modern and clean and is in walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again!

This Springhill Suites is in a great location. Shopping and restaurants are all around this hotel. Hotel staff was courteous and accommodating. They even had a movie night with free popcorn in the lobby during our stay. Would book this hotel again.

Poor front desk service

Had to call the front desk over 10 times for a shuttle before they answered. Because of that we were stuck at the airport for over an hou. When we arrived, our key would not work. Went downstairs to have them reprogrammed and when they didn’t work again, I tried to call the front desk. Yet again, they did not answer. When I went downstairs there were 2 front desk agents who were not busy. Ultimately had to switch rooms. The maintenance man was amazing and the ladies who set up the breakfast were incredibly sweet.
