I love the fact that they had a coffee station available 24 hours a day. They even provided mimosas. Everyone was very nice and greeted my family and I. Very clean and updated. Great location!!!!

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Would definitely recommend and love that you can leave your car for only $5 while youre away. The only thing i was disappointed in was that i booked this room for the bathtub, but the water was orangish brown that came out so was definitely a no!! That was disappointing, but the staff was very nice and friendly.

I usually rate the Springhill suites higher but the shuttle took over 40 mins last night and our tub/shower was very old. Did not look like a Marriott.

The property itself is great. We stayed here for a night before and after our cruise. Very convenient to get to the ports. The only problem I have is in consistency and some staff was very aggressive. We checked in on our first night and it was smooth. We rented a car and the lady gave me a pass for the parking. Then we go to our second night and it was bad from there. We had the same rental car and this time I was told that I have to pay for parking even if we are staying at their hotel. I have never heard that in my life. To make things worse another person who wasn’t even helping us out kept chiming in and I had to just be professional about this experience. I even inquired about the manager and this lady didn’t even want me speaking to the manager. SO IF YOU ARE IN FT LAUDERDALE AND YOU HAVE A RENTAL CAR. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

When I checked into the room on Tuesday afternoon I turn on the tv it wasn’t working,I called front desk they sent maintenance got it fixed.I went out for dinner came back to the room and saw 2 roaches that i killed 1 by the bathroom door and the othe 1 by the light small roaches,went to bed the next morning I saw another by my bed as I was ironing.Checked out and told the front desk clerk about it.
