The staff was friendly. The location was prime, within walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants. They offer free airport shuttle that runs every 20 mins from FLL. It was somewhat convenient to cruise port if you are sailing out of fort lauderdale. They do partner with a shuttle service that will take you to port everglades at the cost of $20 per passenger. According to the reviews the hotel has been recently updated however the rooms are still very dated. The shower was cramped. There appeared to be bubbles in the ceiling like there was water damage that had been painted over.
