So close to everything ship port, airport. Shuttle service was excellent

The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was a complete mess. It took us three shuttles before we could get on board a shuttle. Obvious preference was given to domestic US travellers and flight crew before international. Nobody showed empathy nor respect to the situation. Hotel staff were respectful but you had to ask them about seaport shuttles and shopping in the area. Stayed 2 nights to be sure we could make our cruise, but had to insist our room be lightly cleaned with fresh towels. No way worth the ridiculous nightly charges for what you get. Breakfast was greasy and tasteless.

It’s a great location with multiple dining options around the mall. But the amenities cleanliness and breakfast can be improved compared to other Hyatt House in other locations. The breakfast was always a chaos around 9am where we were there. No plates, no forks or no bowls though the worker there already tried her best to fill up non stop.
