Lauderdale Airport, Port Everglades, downtown Hollywood, Las Olas, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Hollywood Beach, Dania Pointe, Dania Beach, Aventura Mall and many shopping areas and restaurants. Also 30 min drive to downtown Miami, Wynwood and Port of Miami. You’ll love this location because it's in a quiet neighborhood.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, remote workers, and last minute trips but sorry NO PETS. This efficiency has everything you'll need with private entrance and private carport. A queen sized bed, futon, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee, huge walk in closet with his and hers entrance, 55 inch Roku tv with streaming options available dresser, multiple mirrors including one full body mirror, workstation with working desk and chair, cable tv, wi-fi, a/c, a table with two chairs for dining and spacious bathroom with standing shower, jacuzzi, towels, wash cloths, his and her marble top vanity and toiletries. Outdoor patio: BBQ Grill, 2 chair with table patio dining set and 15 foot triple vented umbrella NO PETS ALLOWED!!!

Entire efficiency is available to the guest. Smart lock on the gate and door, will provide access code to efficiency. Wifi and additional information such as things to do in Hollywood and surrounding areas, are located in the room. We offer the same amenities as a hotel at a cheaper price, very private while feeling at home.
