A most impressive property. Great place to stay. Just a few minutes from the downtown area with shops and places to eat. Was able to get in some good walking with the trails of Eureka. Close to other beautiful attractions as well in the area. We have family that lives in the area and were able to visit with them in the lovely sitting area of the room. Would love to book again for the next visit up. Great Place!

Great location for a stay in Eureka Springs. The parking is a great perk, in addition to the little patio space! You’re close enough to everything without being on the main road (with the noise). The space inside is perfect for two. Just watch your shins on the bed frame - the corners at the foot of the bed stick out!

Very nice property. It’s in a nice location with easy access to the shops. You can leave your vehicle there and walk to all the shops. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in an updated and quiet location. We plan on staying there again.

We have stayed here several times and will stay here again! A great home base for exploring Eureka Springs. Close to sites, shopping, restaurants. Having the dedicated parking spot definitely a bonus! The space itself is very comfortable, and having an outdoor seating area was a delight (at night at least; it was hot when we visited!). Highly recommend for couples in particular.

Clean and great location

This property was well decorated, clean and close to town. It was a definite plus to have parking right at the unit. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go in downtown Eureka. Our only glitch was trying to find the entrance to the apartment. The parking faces the unit downstairs so you have to go around the corner to get to the stairs for the second floor.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Aspen’s villa and loved it as much as the first! It’s very convenient to everything in town so much so that we never even moved our car the whole weekend. We were able to walk everywhere! Inside is clean and safe and very comfortable. We will choose Aspen’s again next time we visit Eureka Springs!

Upstairs Villa at Sweet Spring

Perfect couples get-away. Quiet, clean, safe, comfortable, very short and actually unnoticeable easy walk to shops, restaurants, and activities. Strongly recommend this location and the staff at Bohemian Properties.

Perfect Stay

What a perfect location and space!! My partner and I had plenty of space to spread out to relax, eat and sleep in this loft. Downstairs we enjoyed Brews and So Good Kitchen! Easy walk to shops and entertainment. Wonderful and attentive host. Easy breezy check-in and out. We will definitely be returning to stay here.

Location and comfort

Loved the location, having free parking and an outdoor area to sit and overlook a little piece of town. Loved the coffee shop across the street. Easy check in and check out. The shower was huge. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Also, most importantly it was clean!

Great spot

We have stayed in many rentals in Eureka Springs and this was definately the cleanest and nicest physically. We had a great stay. The bed was comfy if a little soft. The bedding was kinda cheap and thin but we slept well and I may just be a bedding snob. There is no tv in the bed area. Fine for us but i was surprised. There is also no table or desk so if you need to work while there, this isnt the place. The kitchen had most things you would need but a lot of it was so cheap it was basically unusable. There was no dishwasher (which is fine) but there was also no dish drying rack of any kind which was odd. I suspect people that rent this place don't cook much. I cook most of our meals and was dying for a halfway decent knife. The location is amazing and by far the best spot we have booked. The 5 star system can be a bit harsh. I'd give it a 9.5 outta 10 if I could
