This 97 m² cottage is easily accessible and 10 minutes from Montbrison. It features a living room with an authentic stove, a large kitchen with direct access to a 10 m² terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a double bed and a queen-size bed (or two single beds), a bathroom with double sinks and a large shower, and central heating. A 50 m² courtyard is shared with the owner. Small pets are welcome with the owners' agreement. This cottage retains the character of the house. The renovation is high-quality, with lots of stone and wood (beautiful beams, flooring, and furniture handmade by the carpenter). The cottage is pleasant and bright thanks to its spaciousness.
