Great pricing, beautiful location, but...the Things that go Bump in the night.

The property and cabin itself were beautiful it backed up to a wildlife management site, was fully private on our cut off the road, had a gorgeous multi layer decking with ample entrances into the home. The family room was lovely and we enjoyed many movies and games that it came equipped with. Our son discovered a love for dominoes. I discovered I suck at connect 4 while my husband and son are masterminds! The local fares were wonderful and we located a lovely BBQ place not too far off the beaten path called Biggins (In Talking Rock). It was absolutely delicious, we went twice ..We also visited AppleJay Distillery and that was a lovely experience for adults. Lots of trails, waterfalls, zip lining and all that. We had a wonderful time exploring and the cabin was perfect for the get away. Comfortable and homie, for the most part.There were some not so perfect things that we addressed as we noticed. Not perfect:The upstairs was AWFUL HOT the whole stay! To the point that the couple who booked with us opted to stay elsewhere. This was likely due to season and that there hadn't been a rental in a while. The cute "leave a chocolate" under the pillow thing was adorable until we looked under all the pillows to get the chocolates out and multiple were chewed. We think nature ran it's course.The Keurig needed to be de-scaled so I couldn't have brew coffee (there was no descaler), but we made do with cold brew in the can/bottle. Amazing Place

This property was amazing. The community was so quiet and peaceful and welcoming. The house has everything you need to live in. Most places we have stayed at has limit pots and pans but this property has plenty of everything you need. The jacuzzi didnt get as hot but it was still relaxing.The host was amazing and this property is worth every penny.

Does need some upkeep. Swing set for one. Plastic chairs in front. Most of them are cracked and weathered to the point of breaking. Never used the hot tub so don't know about it. Inside was great as well with deck areas. A little out of the way

Great location

This a great location and close to Ellijay, Jasper, and Blue Ridge where we spent most of our time. We also had a relaxing day just hanging out at the cabin. Fire pit was fun and hot tub was great on the cold nights while star gazing. Only downside was that the grill was advertised as an amenity but the propane was not refilled at the property and we had to get the tank’s refilled which delayed our dinner plans. All in all it was a good experience.

Over board with security

Cabin was cute as could be. But flood lights lite up the place like a christmas tree. No sleep first night. Took. management 12hrs to get back with me on how to turn them off. Security cameras everywhere. Taking your picture every few minutes.and signs every where telling u your picture was being taken. It was very hard to relax and unwind listen to the cameras go off. Will not rent this cabin. Again

Family get away

We came in from Pittsburgh, and our son and his family came up from in GA and we had a wonderful time! The games rooms were perfect for busy kids, and the hotbtub was a huge hit with all of us! The home was everything it said it was and more. The outside deck was wonderful for family time and we loved playing games out back on the deck. The peace and quiet was beautiful, the widlife was so cool to watch. My husband loved the fishing in the morning, we went to the public beach, except Wednesday bc theyre closed. Found the local county pool that day it was great! Also checked out the bigfoot and pinball museums. Highly recommended for rainy days. Cant wait for next year!

Great stay!

This was such a spacious property. Some of the highlights… Clean, well stocked kitchen, tv’s in every room, Outside deck with hot tub and grill is really big. Kids loved air hockey and upstairs game area. Quiet neighborhood with neighbors but none that you can see. Outside fire pits as well! Close to downtown Ellijay (20 mins) within 15 mins of hikes and wineries too! A must stay for a low key and relaxing get away with friends and family.
