This is a luxuriously designed studio apartment which is attached to a main home, but completely private w/ it's own entrance. Perfectly situated in a calm safe neighborhood just minutes from 110 and loop 375. There is one Queen bed, a great kitchen , lovely full bathroom. 55" TV Once upon a time this space was a large garage, now has been professionally converted to this gorgeous oasis.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes a washing machine.

Quaint space

We were pleased with the accuracy of the property description. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. We did get serenaded with someone(s) playing trumpet music for several hours on one day, but we enjoyed it.
