Beautiful area

We enjoyed our stay, the house is nice and roomy. We felt comfortable and welcome immediately. The location is great, we found it to be pretty centered for things and places to visit. We would’ve liked to stay longer.

What was advertised was just what we got. A great place to stay that included our dog! Our entire family had a great time. We were close to several spots that we wanted to explore.

The property was all that was described and more. It was the perfect setup for our big family with a well stocked kitchen and enough seats for everyone. The toy closet was a pleasant surprise for the small children on our group. The fenced in backyard provided a safe place for the kids to play. The location was perfect for the event we were in town for. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and homey place for us to stay. We would book here again if we are in the area!

Family Getaway

We have stayed at dozens of rentals in the past and Laura is the best host we have ever rented from. Not only is she so easy to communicate with, but she truly cares that you and your guests are comfortable and have everything you need. That speaks volumes about the property and how clean and accommodating it was for us. Would definitely stay again

property was clean and exactly as the photos, in fact I don't think the photos did it justice. There was plenty of space for all our 8 adults and house was stocked with everything we needed.

Home away from home

All you need is your family and friends to stay at this house. Excellent clean house with everything you need to enjoy your getaway. I was impressed with the extra towels and sheets provided for your four legged friends. Our teenage kids loved having their own space in the attached apartment area.

Family Ski Trip

Amazing! My family went up during the holiday and we had an amazing time here. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t in our favor for our ski trip but we made the most of it and it was nice having a clean place to come back to and spend family time together. The house is very spacious and had everything we could think of. Definitely would recommend to other friends and family. We loved our stay here! The hosts were very nice and welcoming!

Family weekend away

The house was very clean, lots of space for large family to gather everyone had great bedroom , kitchen fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils the host had very nice variety of coffee backyard great for enjoying outdoor , fenced in good for kids and dogs place to play Avalanche bay Boyne Mountain near buy a plus We had a family with seven adults and four kids a few dogs never felt cramped children and adults enjoyed many games the home has great variety we would definitely book this home again . Great experience! Great Home!

My family and I had a great stay at this home and would definitely recommend it to others. The house was clean, stocked, and exactly what we expected from the pictures. Communication with the owners was great and we were very impressed with the attention to detail the owners had put into the home. All of the cabinets and drawers were clearly labeled. Their check in instructions let us know exactly what the home was stocked with so we were able to shop accordingly on our way to the home. The property is located in a great central location and has a lot to offer for activities. 5 stars for sure.

A FUN HOUSE

The home was very clean both inside and out. Very well stocked with all living essentials. Good location. This home is so much better looking in person than the pictures showed on the VRBO site. Only negative was some trouble with the one side of the refrigerator door. Probably needs some attention. You cannot fix something that you do not know about.

Family Vacation

My husband and I searched for a place to stay that accommodated my parents, my three adult children, their spouses/significant others and three grandchildren under the age of 5. This home was perfect! The location was close to our day trips which included Boyne, Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Mackinaw Island. Putting the family of five in the "apartment side" was ideal. It is connected to the house with an adorable bookshelf door my grandson referred to as the secret door. Everyone loved the hot tub in the back and we had s'mores by the fire several times. The summer home had everything we could think of and more. It is a very well thought out home and everything we needed was provided. I am sure we will return in the future. Michigan summers are the best and the location of this home allows easy access to so many places that I highly recommend it to any family looking to make many memories!
