We were there for a bowling tournament & we all stayed at the Best Western. The rooms were all clean & had plenty of towels. We stayed in the suite so we could all hang in one room & it was perfect. The suite was extremely comfortable. Our bathroom sink leaked & it was fixed within the hour. The staff was very friendly even with some of them still not having power at their homes. We talked with them & our hearts go out to all of them in the area.

We loved the pool and hot tub area bit the floor is soooo slippery that we watched two kods fall. Our room #128 the door didnt seal all the way. You could see inside the room from the hall. And the door metal at the bottom was bent out so when you openned the door it cut your toes. And lastely, the tub didnt hold water for baths and sprayed out of the tub when showering.

This is our go to hotel each time we are in Gaylord. Afforfable and clean for an older hotel. Breakfast is great and there is always great staff serving the breakfast.
