A quiet neighborhood and Dublin's cool evening breezes makes your private courtyard the place to relax. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has very high speed internet and Anker USB laptop and phone charging stations in every room. The kitchen is new and sports a black quartz countertop, soft closing drawers and cabinet doors. A full size 36 inch stainless steel French door refrigerator with a filtered water and ice dispenser. A dishwasher and garbage disposal are also incorporated into the functional design of this great space. A Nepresso Coffee maker with Expresso, DoubleExpresso and Standard size Pods, also a Keurig Coffeemaker is available for single cup pods to carafe sized self-service refillable pods. The laundry won't do itself, still with this Frigidaire, Full-Sized, side by side washer and dryer which is easy-to-use, it gets done.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
