Genuinely the worst customer experience we've ever had at a hotel. We were returning from the airport and called for the shuttle and when asked where pickup would be because we are unfamiliar with the airport, all we kept getting from Nikki at the desk was "it will pick you up where it dropped you off." We were dropped off 11 days ago and this is a new airport to us, so we had no idea where we were going. We called 4 times (one of the times we were hung up on) and still got absolutely no help from her. We figured it out after an hour. And luckily the shuttle driver was great (we didn't catch his name, but he does the shuttles during the night).
They didn't have 2 double beds when we got there, so we got a king room instead l. Got into the room & there was a gross stain on the bed sheet. When we asked if the sheet could be changed, she said she would give us the sheet to change ourselves. At this point its 1:30am and has been traveling for 14 hours & asked if someone could change it for us. Nikki, rudely, said that's not an option then said "well, I could let you switch rooms if you would just ask." We opt to get a new room, even though we just wanted to leave to a new hotel at this point.
The floors in the room were absolutely disgusting. We made the mistake of taking our socks off and our feet (and shoes) stuck to the floors.
We got in, slept, and got out as fast as we could.
