Absolutely amazing and location near everything you could possibly need while on vacation. Right on the beach. The room is well equipped with pots and pans and dishes. Bring your own beach towels but some floaties and beach toys Right behind the Back Porch which has amazin crab stuffed shrimp home view of the ocean

The door on the unit was locked and after using the door it was locked and couldn't get in sotalked with the manager and he didn't know about it and painters painted it and the door frame was bent or warped so had to have maintenance men come and hammered it so we could use it. Also requested a ceiling light in hallreplaced to see to do the combination. but they never came to replace it. Beautiful place but floors were very dirty. loved the Back Porch restaurant a few steps away!

Highly recommend! Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful stay here! The bunk room worked great for the grandkids! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals, the only downside was that the cabinets were so full of dishes we had to pile all the groceries we bought for the week on the countertops. Really not that big of a deal tho! Great views, easy check in and out! dishes there was no place to put the food we brought

Off Season stay

Property was very spacious and had an excellent view of the ocean. There is NO hot-tub. That was something that I specifically shopped for, so that was disappointing. There was a huge pool that was clean an beautiful, but not heated, and another across the street that was heated, but no hot tub. We came in the off-season and it was just a little cold to be swimming in the ocean, though the ocean water was warm. (Beginning of Dec) Unit was clean, but could use a deep clean (curtains, door jams, corners) . It was comfortable and inviting, though. The only pantry staple was a thing of morton salt. S&P shakers would be nice. The closet with beach things was so nice, though. It had sand toys, beach umbrella, pop-up tent sand matt, inflatable pool toys. There was no barbecue grill on the huge balcony, but the kitchen was great and had alll the essentials. Location is perfect and the sand at the beach is white. We saw dolphins swimming not far from us on the beach. The resort is a short walk across the property and across a street.

Love Unit 704!

We had myself and husband, my daughter and her husband and my son and his wife and my two young grandchildren and we had plenty of space and weren’t tripping over each other. The bedrooms were spacious and the sitting area was large enough for all of us. There is need need for some updates. The couch spacious but low to the ground and hard to get off of. Tha view was just breathtaking. We will surely be coming back!!

Great vacation!

Beautiful view! Loved the large rooms and bathrooms. Location was great and close to many activities for my active teens. Communication with host was quick and helpful. I even ran into an issue with my departure date and he was easy to work with and helped me with a quick resolution. Hope to stay here again!

Beautiful family vacation!

We have stayed at Sterling Shores several times over the years but this condo is at the top of the list! Very clean and the host was very responsive if we had any questions. Loved the floor plan and location of the unit. All of the bathrooms have been updated which was great. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. We are planning on going back next year. Definitely 5 stars! Loved it!

Cozy Home Away From Home

This was not the property we initially booked as they switched our booking a couple of days before our travel. We were never able to reach anyone at VRBO nor the property to explain to us why. However, this condo turned out to be everything we needed and more! Spacious, inviting, and a great location. The guest rooms were nice size and each room had a full bathroom. The master suite was delightful with a great view and a resort style walkin shower! The condo also has a fully equipped kitchen which was an asset for such a large group of adults. We will most definitely book with this property and hopefully this owner in the near future!!!
