This gorgeous condo on the 8th floor of the St. Lucia building features spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and, Destin and the bay! This immaculate 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo have been updated with shabby chic décor, all new furniture, paint and so much more! You will truly be vacationing in luxury in this home at the highly desired St. Lucia building in Silver Shells.

The condo faces West, so you will have a perfect sunset all year long! There is balcony access from the living area and guest bedroom rooms. The living room has a full-sized pull-out sleeper sofa, so the condo will comfortably sleep 8.
The open living area features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious living room and dining room, all with amazing views of the water. The laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer and is also conveniently located off the kitchen area.

Lucia building at Silver Shells Beach Resort has its own pool and hot tub. Beginning fall 2020 the lagoon pool will be seasonally heated. Other amenities also include a children’s pool, a community hot tub, and free Wi-Fi. Also on-site is the World famous Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Close to popular shopping and dining venues, award-winning golf courses, and lots of activities for children and adults alike — Silver Shells St. Lucia 806 is perfect for your next family beach vacation!!     This condo was a wonderful end unit! Clean, great views, and all the basic needs. One K bed, 2 Q’s and a pullout bed. Dishes, pans, large bowls, ice bucket, coffee pot and cooking utensils provided. Starters supplies like TP and soap also included.

    We will be back. Everything was clean, easy to access and spacious for the whole family. Tastefully decorated. Only complaint was the TV station. Internet was fine for computer and phones but couldn’t log into our own Netflix or accounts.

    The condo was amazing. Very spacious, great view of the gulf, and the beds were very comfy. Destiny Resorts was quick to respond when we had any issues. Furniture and rug in living room need cleaned better or replaced. Other than that, it was awesome.

    Great Stay in Destin

    Beautiful place. Spacious, well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of towels, nice furniture, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Loved the parking spot and garage access. Check instructions were clear but a little cumbersome to getting get in using all the codes to get in, but once you get the access key from the room navigating the property was easy. Beautiful pool and the 2 year old loved the kid pool. Beach was great and access to the Sandbar Bar was convenient. Only thing that caught me off guard was the restriction of use of personal umbrellas. This requires you to rent from them. While the rentals were convenient and nice, you have to consider the added daily expense of 85-100 dollars (for our 3 adults).
