West 806 is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the eighth floor, West 806 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. West 806’s contemporary features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combinations to complement your next Destin vacation.

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. As of April 24th, the Gulf facing balcony work has been completed for this vacation home, and will no longer impact Guest use. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

West 806 offers an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the 75” wall-mounted smart TV with a sound bar. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the expansive, wrap-around, furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets, Corian countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is centrally located in the condo complete with a full-size GE washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom also has a king bed, a Smart TV, and private access to the north balcony. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds, a Smart TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from the second guest bedroom, third guest bedroom, and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
