Nestled in the stunning Arbuckle Mountains of Davis, Oklahoma, our charming 1930s cottage is now dog-friendly, allowing 1 small dog for a one-time flat fee. Located just a mile from Turner Falls Park and minutes away from Arbuckle Lake, Chickasaw National Park, the Chickasaw Cultural Center, local dining options, and casinos, this is the perfect getaway for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.

Accommodations:
The cottage comfortably sleeps up to six guests, featuring two queen beds and a sofa sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, small coffee pot, and Keurig, along with complimentary coffee, tea, and essential cooking supplies.

We’re excited to introduce "Jacee's Snack & Shack," an honor-system cabinet stocked with snacks and drinks, with proceeds supporting our granddaughter’s college fund and teaching her money management.

Stay connected with our Starlink Wi-Fi (please note that slow or interrupted service due to storms is possible). While we don't have laundry facilities on-site, a laundromat is conveniently located within five miles.

Outdoor Amenities:

Our backyard is a natural oasis where you can unwind in the hot tub, enjoy a meal on the grill, or gather around the fire pit. You can also take a leisurely stroll through our garden, showcasing a collection of fossils and rocks lovingly gathered by my grandmother throughout her life.

Keep an eye out for local wildlife; you may spot turkeys, deer, or even a red fox! However, please be aware that the area is home to some less friendly critters, including snakes, spiders, and wasps, so it's best to keep doors closed to minimize unwanted guests. We have a monthly pest control service and an outdoor insect misting system to help keep bugs at bay.

Explore the Area:

Turner Falls Park is just a mile away, offering breathtaking views and fun activities. Chickasaw National Park is about ten miles from the cottage, and a variety of great restaurants are located within a few miles.

Dog Policy:

We welcome one small dog (20 pounds or less) for a one-time fee of $75. Please note that emotional support animals are considered pets under Oklahoma law and are subject to the same fee. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking; failure to do so will incur a $150 penalty. Guests must keep their dog crated when not in the cottage and are responsible for cleaning up after their pet using the provided waste bags.

Please be mindful of our elderly neighbor's cats and keep your dog under control at all times.

Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the cottage, with the exception of a locked storage room, basement, and two cabinets. Feel free to grill, enjoy the hot tub, or relax on the front deck while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

Additional Information:

For ease of access, we recommend entering through the back door instead of the front steps. Both entrances feature self-check-in coded locks for your convenience.

Your safety is our priority, so we have security cameras monitoring the property. Tampering with the security system will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

We also have an outdoor insect misting system in place to keep mosquitoes and other pests at bay. If you prefer not to use this system, just let us know, and we can disable it for you.

1. Pets must be well-behaved and not exhibit aggressive behavior towards people or other animals.

2. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and must dispose of waste in outdoor trash bins.

Pet Supervision:

1. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the rental.

2. Guests must keep pets on a leash when outside the property.

Damage Responsibility:
1. Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning resulting from their pet’s stay.
1. Any necessary repairs or cleaning will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.

Quiet Hours:
1. To respect our neighbors, please ensure that pets do not bark excessively or disturb the peace.

1. Our rental does provide pet supplies (e.g., beds, bowls, toys, crate).
2. Please be aware that Turner Falls Park does not allow pets.

2. Pet Size and Limit: We allow one small dog, with a
maximum weight of 20 pounds . Larger pets or
additional pets require prior approval.

3. Supervision: Pet(s) must be supervised at all
times. If left alone in the rental, they must be
securely crated.

4. Furniture: Pets are not allowed on furniture or
beds. Please use the pet bed provided, or bring
your own.

5. Cleanliness: Guests must clean up after their pets
both indoors and outdoors. Please dispose of
waste in the outdoor trash bins using the waste
bags provided.

6. Damage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for
any damage caused by their pets, including
scratches, stains, or chewing. Additional cleaning
or repair costs may be deducted from the
security deposit or charged separately.

7. Noise Control: Please ensure your pet does not
disturb neighbors. Continuous barking or
excessive noise may result in early termination of
the stay without a refund.

8. Restricted Areas: Certain areas of the property
may be off-limits to pets (e.g., hot tub, gardens,
etc.). Please no pet(s) in the hot tub.

9. Health Requirements: Pets must be current on all
vaccinations and flea/tick preventatives. Proof of
vaccination may be required upon request.

10. No Aggressive Pets: Pets with a history of
aggression or biting are not allowed.

11. Unauthorized Pets: If an undisclosed pet is found
on the property, a fee of $150.00 will be charged,
and you may be asked to vacate without a refund.

By agreeing to stay at the property, you acknowledge and accept these pet rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of your stay.
