Great place, poor management
The property is mostly great. It is clean, the furniture is comfortable, it was reasonably well-stocked, the game room is a great place to hang out, and Orlando/Tampa are within easy driving distance. Davenport is also a pleasant, easy town to stay in. Assuming everything is in working smoothly, this is a great place for a group to stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working during our stay, which led to us dealing with the property management. A basic question about operating instructions took days to resolve, since they had to reach out to the property owners for details. After reporting that the spa heat wasn't functional, we received numerous apologies about their delayed technicians, but no actual fixes or information. As far as we could tell, there was no attempt to resolve our issue by fixing the hot tub or offering some alternative. I would absolutely stay here again if some magic garuntee could be made that there would be no problem which required reaching out to the property management. The house was good, the location was good, but dealing with the management company stunk.
