Staff was rude and offered lill help. Reception had different prices for things. Bathroom had other people's hairs and pillows smelled like mildrew. We paid $75 for a day passed for our father and while he was waiting for us by pool side, not drinking or consuming any hotel products after 6pm that was expiration time, 3 security people showed up to kick him out sooo rudely i wanted to blow up. He was just waiting for us. Before we left the hotel he wanted to use the restroom because his home was 3 hours away. Well another staff member came to ask me where was he suposed to be going and I said the restroom and then he got upset. So I ask why they have to be so rude with people. I didn't pay a cheap rate hotel to be treated this way. Im beyond disappointed. Thank God we enjoy another resort hotel close by that was sooo amazing so the bad taste of this place left right away.

Si bien es cierto la propiedad es pequeña, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Lo bueno son lo chicos de la animación, en especial, Samir, Nicol, Michael y Ariel. Pero falta lo más importante que es la música dominicana EN VIVO, falta un bar adicional para la zona del lobby, Asimismo, es necesario más diversidad y calidad en los alimentos del restaurant principal del lobby y snack en la zona de la piscina y de la playa. Mejorar la calidad y variedad de los cocktails y tragos de los bares, Falta mejorar variedad y calidad de comidas y tragos.

El apartamento estuvo bien a nivel de equipamiento, el problema fue el servicio de Balcones, tuve un inconveniente en el apartamento a las 11pm y no respondieron hasta las 930 del próximo día, no tienen capacidad para dar un servicio en caso de ser necesario. Limpia localidad con pésimas atenciones, una pena.

Amazing trip! The staff is fantastic, so helpful and the activities and entertainment staff is top tier. 100% recommend!
