CLEANING -CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME! -After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations. -Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Overall nice stay
5 adults and a few dogs, overall a great comfortable stay. No "amenities" like some other places we rented (I.e. general spices, coffee pods to get us started, etc) but market close by that was thankfully open when we arrived late (after 9pm) Thursday night. They provide only 1 towel and 1 hand towel per person and for women who want to wash their hair, you'll want to bring an extra full size towel. Stairs from 1st floor to 2nd floor are STEEP so our older adults needed help navigating those. Just be aware.
A/c worked well, kitchen stocked with pans and pots, outdoor area was super nice (bring an umbrella for patio as the sunrise shines right on you in morning and gets HOT quick without shade). No grass for dogs, you'll need to walk them down the street to the park.

Amazing weekend getaway
Place was perfectly located. Close to the beach and we were able to fish off the dock. Only caught a catfish but it was still fun. Swam in the canel. Will return someday.
Only issue was the kitchen sink would not turn on as the battery pack needed new batteries. They fixed it fast so all is good.

Perfect spot to bring a boat and head straight to the Laguna in the mornings to fish. Great kitchen if you want to stay in to cook or you are close enough to all the great restaurants on the island.

Great Place Just Cleaning Issues
The place was very nice with almost all new furnishings. The issues we incurred were mostly seemed like missed by whoever inspected for cleanliness. Had to vacuum the upstairs when first arrived (sand?). Then we noticed that the hot water in first floor bedroom didn't work. Last was the washer was very dirty unsure what it was (dirt and other debris). The management company was nice and did attempt to fix the hot water and washer, but ultimately they were unable to do it while we were there. It didn't ruin our trip, but caused some inconveniences throughout the stay. i.e. everyone had to shower upstairs and we couldn't wash clothes. Overall place would be awesome if these items are remedied. Would return if they are!
