Kitchen was poorly stocked (1 large bowl, no pitcher). Soap pump contained so much water it wouldn’t make suds. Support was good: thermostat problem fixed the next day, but I had to ring for 10 minutes before VM option came. But the call was returned politely and the problem addressed. No gutters made entering in the rain a drippy mess from a muddy driveway. Entrance code didn’t work but support provided a workaround.

Charming house/great location

Our recent stay in Columbus, GA for an Army graduation was made very comfortable in the house we rented through VBRO. The house was charming from the outside with enough parking for our 2 large rental vehicles in the driveway. There were ample beds and to accommodate all 10 people staying including the pull out couch in the living room. Extra pillows and comforters were easily accessible. Any hiccups with the property were dealt with in a timely manner by the property management. We were able to contact the help line after hours when the entry door pad was not working and we were able to use the lock box to gain access which was nice to not be out of luck given the late hour of our arrival. Would definitely stay at this property again or any of the patriot home’s properties in the future.

Lots of family space

Property had plenty of space for our family for sleeping and eating. Large family size kitchen and roomy bedrooms. The large entry hall was a perfect play area for the little ones. Seating area in the living area is limited to 6-8 (two couches), which is okay if you are only there for sleeping and meals. House and linens were all clean and plentiful. The house needed some general maintenance -- back yard mowed, light bulbs replaced, drains fixed and trash picked up.

Great Experience

Wonderful home with tons of great space - very comfortable. Needs some TLC which I let them know about. Very responsive and friendly and I'm sure the few things will be addressed. I would book it again!

Great Space

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The space in the home was perfect! The size of the bedrooms allowed for a comfortable area to spread out while sharing the rooms. The bathrooms were well appointed & located throughout the home, making the common areas super easy. The back porch was comfortable & perfect for our morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. We would 100% stay again!

Comfortable house with lots of beds and bathrooms!!

This was a perfect place to stay for a large party. 3 bathrooms, 8 beds and a large kitchen. Neighborhood was okay but we felt relatively safe. It's an older home but that is part of its charm. Air conditioning was perfect for us northerners that don't handle the Georgia heat and humidity well so it was comfortable.

graduation from basic training at Ft Benning

The house was spread out very well, with great space and lots of clean white beds! surprisingly very open to allow my soldier boy and a few friends ample space to rest. Kitchen was wide open and well supplied.. a bigger better fry pan would have been helpful. The little one was small and crappy and NON stick. Lots of great dishes and glasses tho. The internet kept going in and out and we had to use our phones as a hot spot... annoying. The bathroom window was broken and glass everywhere... I attempted all weekend to get it addressed to no avail. Location was good with a Walgreens next door. grocery 5 mins away and only 13 mins to base. Id stay here again if the above issues can be addressed.
