Cute apartment in a great location

Spent the weekend with my daughter who is a USC student. The apartment is exactly as described, nicely decorated, and the host thought of everything we might need. Excellent communication. We would definitely stay again.

Great for USC Visit

Ideal Five Points location, close to USC and numerous eateries and shops. Apartment and parking were easy to find and access. Bright space with lots of natural light thanks to large windows. Basic bathroom toiletries and kitchen supplies provided. Easy to remain connected with good WiFi and plenty of outlets and power strips. Would definitely stay again!

Listing is extremely misleading

We received an email from the owner 2 days before our stay. She stated " it is listed as potential noise" but there are ear plugs and white moise machine in each room for the train. NO where in the listing does it suggest or state you will be woken up MULTIPLE times a night. We left Saturday night and drive home rather than listen to the train. It is a deceitful listing and am appalled she is not required to directly state in her listing. There was broken glass in the hallway, and most definitely not a "quiet zone" as she stated in her email AFTER the non refundable payment.

Great place

Very clean property, in a fairly nice area of town. Owner is very communicative and made themselves available for questions and help. the noise from the train that is mentioned in the listing is a bit worse than I expected, but with the provided white noise machine and earplugs it wasn't much of an issue. Overall very much enjoyed my stay here.

Nice stay

We stayed while my son was recovering from a small medical procedure. The location is great as it is right in 5 points. No frills but clean and functional. It is very reasonably priced and Marty is very responsive. We had to extend our stay and all I had to do was text her and she made it easy.
